  • Robbie Dunster – Founder of Unicorn Courtesy Cars and Professional Tennis Coach. He has lived in Weymouth since leaving the Army in 1974, started Weymouth Tennis Club and organised and took part in two world record attempts playing doubles in order to raise funds to build the club’s tennis courts.

  • Robbie became an advanced driver in 1999 and qualified as an accredited advanced driving advisor in Jan 2003.

  • Now he splits his time organizing the drivers’ schedules, training, and chauffeuring clients.

  • Hobbies recently convert to skiing (thanks to keen wife) gardening, walking and playing tennis for the club.

Mike Finding - 58, trained as a web designer and plays in two local bands
  • Mike Finding - 58, is trained as a web designer and plays in two local bands

  • Mike spent his early working life on the family farm. He later left to run a successful franchise for 6 years and gained Franchisee of the Year within the organization. During his time with the franchise, after training as a web designer, he set up his web design business four years ago. Mike also runs a growing health and nutrition business and plays in the Off the Rails Blues Band and Mojo, a classic rock covers band! Mike is married to Hilary and they have 5 children between them.

  • Ernie Coughlan, Has 40 years experience of driving many types of vehicles. Ernie has been transport manager for various local authorities and most recently operated his own mini bus operation before joining Unicorn in July 2008.

  • He has PCV license that enables him to carry up to 16 passengers. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport.

  • Ernie also enjoys walking, DIY and good food.

Peter Goode
  • Peter Goode – joined the Royal Navy in 1981 as an Aircraft Mechanic working on helicopters and retired after 22 yrs in 2003 having served operationally in the Falklands, Balkans, Northern Ireland, Gulf and Sierra Leone.

  • Undertook the Advanced Driving Test, passed and became a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) in 2001. Qualified as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) in 2003 and currently provides driving tuition in the Weymouth area.

  • Also employed as a driver for the GP Out of Hours Service within the Southwest Ambulance NHS Trust.

  • Married to Trudy with two girls (15&10) – all are active members of The Tornadoes of South Dorset Swimming Club.

  • Tom Meades - Tom was born and bred in Weymouth and has spent most of his working life, as an engineer on the Granby Industrial Estate. Tom is married with three young children and a Jack Russell by the name of Banjo; so is kept very busy. When he finds the time he loves to play football and golf (supports Spurs!).
